Why people use it
Stays on your device
Your PDF is read and split locally, so its contents never touch a server and stay private.
Ranges or single pages
Pull out one section, or break a document into every single page — whichever you need.
Full quality kept
Pages are copied exactly, with no re-compression and no loss of quality.
What does splitting a PDF do?
Splitting a PDF takes one document and separates it into smaller files — either by the page ranges you choose, or by turning every page into its own PDF.
It’s the opposite of merging: instead of joining files together, you pull a big PDF apart into exactly the pieces you need.
Why split a PDF?
Sometimes you only need a few pages of a long document — a single chapter, one form, or just the pages you want to send. Splitting lets you share those instead of the whole file.
It also keeps things tidy: separate a scanned bundle into individual records, or break a long report into sections that are easier to file and send.
